I ordered this slide and was instead delivered a huge package of a plastic shed, which I cannot move myself due to the size and weight of it. I contacted the company who have taken over 5 weeks (and counting) to organise for it to be collected. The customer service is incredibly slow and there is no continuity in responses. I would overall avoid purchasing from this company.
