Cancellation and returns

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy:


Prior to Delivery:

Contacting us, quoting your order reference number, by email at info@kidkid.co.uk or by telephone on 01763 289 986.

 

After Delivery:

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so contact us, quoting your order reference number, by email at info@kidkid.co.uk or by telephone on  01763 289 986 and then returning the item to us by post to this address:

This is subject to the following conditions:

  • You are responsible for returning the item to us
  • You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty)
  • The clothes must be unworn, in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its packaging
  • You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding delivery charges)

Please obtain a 'Proof of Posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

 

Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 days of receipt.

 

Faulty Goods:

If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
